About this Class: It’s time to get your hands messy! In our hands-on format, you’ll dive right in and making tiramisù with our chef, then take your culinary creation home with you!
About this Dish: While thought to be a classic Italian dessert, Tiramisù only dates back to the 1960’s. Espresso-soaked ladyfingers are layered with sweet mascarpone cream and then dusted with cocoa powder. In this class, you’ll assemble the Tiramisù from prepared ingredients.
In this Class You Will:
- Learn about the traditions and culture of Tiramisù
- Observe as our chef teaches the group how to make Tiramisù
- Make your own Tiramisù from scratch by hand
Please Note:
- One registration is valid for one guest
- Seating is first-come, first-served
- Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes
- Classes are also suitable for children 8+ who are passionate about Italian cuisine. Under 15 must be accompanied by a supervising adult.
