About this Event

About this Class: It’s time to get your hands messy! In our hands-on format, you’ll be diving right in and making our dish with ingredients prepared by our Eataly kitchens. Our Scuola Chef will prepare a curated antipasto for you to taste in the class. You then get to enjoy your culinary creation straight out of the burner.

About this Dish: Pasta alla Carbonara is an iconic Roman dish made with guanciale (cured pork jowl), whole eggs and egg yolks, grated pecorino cheese, salt and pepper. A simple yet savory recipe that Romans are proud to call their own.

In this Class You Will:

  • Learn about the traditions and culture of Pasta alla Carbonara
  • Observe as our Scuola Chef teaches the group how to make Pasta alla Carbonara
