Join the Blackwater Draw National Historic Landmark and Museum for our exciting annual Hands-On History Day! This FREE event is fun for all ages and features a variety of booths with hands-on activities such as a touch table, pinch pots, leather stamping, beaded necklaces, atlatl dart throwing, and more! The gates open at 9 am and at 11 am, Dr. Brendon Asher, the Blackwater Draw Site Director, will give an informative presentation about a 13,000-year-old bone bed! The Mu Alpha Nu anthropology club will be selling hot dog meals and delicious baked goods (cash or card accepted).
