Hands-On Fundamentals of Synthesis Workshop at the Vintage Synthesizer Museum Saturday July 20th from 12pm-4pm, 6 participants max, $175

The workshop will begin with patching and working with a small eurorack modular system with the intent of focusing on the individual components of a synthesizer voice: Oscillator, Filter, VCA, Envelope Generator, and LFO. We will use a keyboard and a sequencer to control the modular system. This will be followed by performing basic sound designing tasks on different synthesizers in an attempt to familiarize one with the various ways different synthesizers organize and implement the components of the synthesizer voice.

PLEASE NOTE: Mask wearing will be optional. Attendees will be working in close contact with each other.
