Together with Aurora and our Scuola team, you’ll craft your own , paired beautifully with a gorgonzola fondue and sage oil.

Get ready to roll up your sleeves! In this hands-on class, our Scuola Chef and Aurora will first demonstrate the signature dish for you to taste, before guiding you through making your own from scratch. You’ll knead, fill, and shape your pasta by hand — and at the end, you’ll take your culinary creation home to enjoy.
