Join Lucia as she teaches you how to craft light and fluffy gnocchi by hand. In this hands-on class, you will make spinach ricotta gnocchi with a homemade tomato cream sauce. About the Instructor: Lucia Oliverio’s philosophy is cooking should be fun and uncomplicated, creating the best memories with your family in the process. Recipes should be simple, taking the freshest ingredients and elevating them. Lucia’s Italian immigrant mother and grandmother are her mentors who started her cooking journey. At 21, she was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Since then, she has learned about food’s power in healing the body. Lucia has a BS in Science in Nutrition and Food.
