Are you ready to discover the inner chocolatier you never knew existed? One of New York's most beloved chocolate shops is ready to invite you into their cozy space for some good ol' hands-on chocolate fun! From learning how to craft custom-flavored truffles to the secrets of ganache, it's time to indulge your sweet tooth like never before.
Join New York Adventure Club for a special hands-on chocolate truffle-making experience with Roni-Sue's Chocolates, a women-owned and operated chocolatier in Manhattan's Lower East Side.
Led by the incredible staff at Roni-Sue's, our unique and delicious experience will include:
- The rich history and craftsmanship of chocolate, from the origin of cocoa beans to the creation of delectable truffles
- A hands-on ganache making tutorial — learn the secrets behind crafting rich and velvety ganache, and discover its endless possibilities
- A special taste of chocolate-covered strawberries dipped in fresh chocolate ganache (yum alert!)
- The opportunity to craft a dozen truffles by hand
- Insight into the art of creating custom-flavored ganache fillings, with tips and tricks used by the pros
Afterward, you'll head home with a box of your own handmade truffles and a container of ganache to continue your chocolate adventure at home.

Following in the entrepreneurial footsteps of her mother, Rhonda Kave opened Roni-Sue’s in 2007, claiming her namesake sign from the clothing store her mother owned to carry on the legacy in a new way.
