Hands on complete processing of chickens including how to package, recipes and uses for all parts. Each student will take home a Cornish Cross chicken they processed.
Refreshments will be served along with Cloud’s Meats pulled pork and sides.
Clinic limited to 12 participants, age 18 and older, $175 per person to secure your spot. Sorry, no refunds are allowed however you will be allowed to sell your spot if unable to attend.
