Using AI Every Day in Small Businesses – Hands-On Workshop Series
Building on the Using AI Every Day in Small Businesses course, this advanced workshop series is designed for business owners who want to move from understanding AI to actively building practical solutions.
Every Friday afternoon, 1:00–4:00 pm, you will work hands-on to create real, usable AI tools for your business. Each session focuses on a clear outcome. Places are limited to four participants to ensure individual attention and measurable results.
This is a practical build-and-apply programme. You will leave each session with working assets you can use immediately.
Workshop structure (4-week cycle)
Week 1 – Build Your Own Business Chatbot
[30/01, 27/02 etc]
Create an effective chatbot in four simple steps.
You will:
- Design and test your chatbot inside ChatGPT
- Deploy it in ChatGPT or publish it to your website (no coding required)
- Use it as:
- a sales training assistant
- staff onboarding tool
- product or service recommender
- candidate screening assistant
Outcome: a fully functional chatbot tailored to your business.
Week 2 – Create a 30-Day Bespoke Email Campaign
[06/02, 06/03 etc]
Use AI to plan, write, and refine a complete email campaign.
You will:
- Identify and target 10 ideal customers
- Match customer needs directly to your services
- Generate clear, persuasive email sequences aligned to your goals
Outcome: a ready-to-use, business-specific email campaign.
Week 3 – Social Media Campaign Creation

Build a social media campaign that supports and amplifies your email marketing.
You will:
- Create platform-specific post ideas and copy
- Align messaging with your email campaign
- Build a simple, repeatable posting schedule
Outcome: a coordinated social media campaign that reinforces your outreach.
Week 4 – Automating Your Business with the AI Route Map
[20/02, 20/03 etc]
Design automation across every area of your business using the AI Route Map framework.
You will:
- Apply the 40 AI automation ideas across Marketing, Sales, Fulfilment, Finance, HR, IT, and Customer Services
- Identify high-impact processes suitable for automation
- Design AI-driven workflows using accessible, affordable tools
Outcome: a clear, practical automation plan tailored to your business.
Combined outcome (attend all 4 workshops)
By attending all four workshops, you will be able to combine the outputs into:
- an automated system that creates bespoke email campaigns targeting customers on a rolling basis
- an automated system that generates supporting social media content aligned to each campaign
These tools will be designed around your business, your customers, and your services.

- Anyone who has completed Using AI Every Day in Small Businesses or has basic experience with ChatGPT
- No technical or coding background required
This workshop series is focused on execution, clarity, and real results—using AI to simplify processes, reduce workload, and scale what already works.
Pre-Requisites:
We will advise beforehand what accounts to set upefore you arrive to maximise your time with us:
1) We will be using ChatGPT for all of this, you will need a paid ChatGPT account if you want to create custom ChatGPTs yourself, and
2) Some workshops use Make.com, BotPress etc, and you will need your own acounts to use these.
