An Iyengar Yoga workshop focused on the hands and feet. We will explore various asana from two families of poses: forward extensions and arm balances.Learn skillful action of the hands and feet, and practice asana (postures) that help create both space and stability.
This workshop is for you if you:
*have some experience with yoga
*have arthritis or stiff joints
*have tight forearms and calves (hello runners & climbers!)
*want to have fun with arm balances
*want to learn how to relieve stiffness and aches in your knuckles, hands, wrists and ankles
Registration is $45 ($35 for Yoga Shed Members*)
*Yoga Shed Members = students with a class pass or monthly unlimited membership
