Handmade Pasta Masterclass: Tortelloni from Emilia-Romagna

Step into the culinary traditions of Emilia-Romagna and learn to make Tortelloni, the larger, delicate cousin of the famous Tortellini. Using tipo 00 flour and eggs, you’ll master the art of rolling, filling, and shaping these iconic stuffed pasta with guidance from pasta-maker Andrea and chef Luciano.

As you work, you’ll discover the history and traditions behind Tortelloni. After class, sit down to enjoy the pasta you’ve created, served with a delicious sauce!

What's included:

• The class lasts about 4 hours and includes instruction, pasta-making, and dining.
• Water and 1 drink of choice (beer, glass of wine, or soft) are included.
• Additional drinks can be ordered at the bar during the workshop.
• Homemade tiramisù must be pre-ordered. Selected the Pasta Masterclass + Dessert ticket (additional 7€) at checkout to include tiramisù.
