In this engaging hands on class students will learn how to make fresh pasta dough how to make shapes and 2 aromatic skillet sauces. All will be enjoyed in class so come hungry!! Each student will take home some fresh pasta dough to use at home and sauce if there is any left over! Please feel free to bring a bottle of wine to enjoy with the pasta dish. Suitable for people 12 and older. However any alcoholic beverage brought cannot be served to anyone under 21. Recipe packet with clear directions will be provided as well as ingredients apron towel and all accompanying materials. Class maximum is 10 students. Comfortable shoes and clothing recommended.
