About this Event
In this 2 hour class, you will create your own 8x10 sized analog (handmade) collage using various papers, magazines, books and other materials (all provided). No artistic ability required, just an open mind and a desire to express yourself and have fun.
Jeannie will guide you through conceptualizing and composing your own piece of art to take home with you. Sign up with a friend and enjoy a casual, creative afternoon at Emerald Design. This class is for adults, 18 and older.
Jeannie Worley is an analog collage artist from Evansville, IN. She creates with discarded materials: old books, magazines, junk mail, food packaging, etc. Sustainability, recycling and repurposing are the backbone of her artistic practice. Her work has been exhibited locally and published in print.
Street parking is free and untimed on the weekends in downtown Evansville and parking is also available in the Locust Street garage, located directly behind Emerald Design.
