✨? Higher Wheelton Christmas Display 2025 ?✨This year we’re bringing some handmade festive magic to the heart of the village with a community Christmas Display! ??
From nativity figures to twinkling trees, decorated benches and festive ornaments, the display will be created entirely by local crafters and volunteers – bringing colour, joy and a bit of Christmas sparkle for everyone to enjoy.
Most importantly, the display will be helping raise funds for two amazing local charities – Derian House Children’s Hospice and St Catherine’s Hospice. ?✨
? Planning Meeting – Wednesday 5th November, 7pm
? Putting Up the Display – Friday 21st November
We’d love as many people as possible to be part of it – whether you can crochet a shepherd, knit a scarf for a snowman, or simply stitch a strip for the benches. No matter how much or how little you’re able to do, every contribution will make a difference.
Come and join in, help us make something special for the whole community, and together we can spread some Christmas cheer while supporting two wonderful causes. ?
