About this Event

This is a 4h training session and requires attendance for the entire duration of the class.

This Handle with Care behavioral management verbal de-escalation training class is required by Memorial Medical Center staff.

This class will cover the identification of the escalating/out of control person(s) and how to verbally de-escalateto assist in safety of both the patient and staff.

Failure to show for training after reserving a ticket, will follow the MMC attendance policy appropriately. You MUST cancel your ticket at least 24 hours prior to training if you will not be able to make it. All scheduling accommodations are the responsibility of the employee.
