Handle With Care physical intervention class

This Handle with Care class is a course for those that have been previously trained in the online verbal Healthstream course.

Date of class wear comfortable clothes and shoes that you would be able to work out in.

(No flipflops, sandals, Crocks, heals, open toed shoes, dresses, skirts, overly loose clothing, etc. )

This class will cover key components from the online class to reinforce identification of signs of the escalating individual/s, how to verbally address, self-defense techniques, and physical interventions to assist in safety and de-escalation.

Please be prepared to attend the entire duration without distractions or interruptions. Failure to complete the entire day will result in dismissal and your recertification to be rescheduled. If you are not able to attend for any reason after registration, please notify your direct leadership and Education at 575-556-5856. The MMC attendance policy is enforced for all required and registered education classes.
