Must be present to win at the start of the event (11:00 AM). No purchase is necessary to win. The Free Ice Cream for a Year card entitles each winner (must be 18 years of age or older) to one free small sugar/cake cone or dish per week beginning the date designated on the card. This card cannot be replaced if it is lost or stolen. This card has no cash value and cannot be used for any other purchase. Missed weeks cannot be carried over or redeemed for future weeks.
