In this hands-on workshop, students will learn the art of chainmaking by creating their very own hand-forged silver link bracelet. Under the guidance of an experienced instructor with over 35 years in the craft, you’ll master essential techniques such as forging, bending, and soldering to form seamless links that come together to create a unique, custom-designed chain.
Throughout the class, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a variety of tools, including the torch, drill, and rolling mill, to develop your skills in texturing and shaping metal. The class will also cover how to create a hand-forged clasp, adding a personal finishing touch to your bracelet.
Whether you’re a beginner or have some experience with metalworking, you’ll receive expert instruction, practical tips, and creative guidance to bring your vision to life. By the end of the course, you will have a beautiful, wearable piece of jewelry that showcases your craftsmanship and creativity.
