Take a deep dive into the tool bag of a shipwright and see the variety of tools that have evolved over centuries of boatbuilding. This is a great opportunity to put your hands on tools, learn new skills, and get all your questions answered. With a focus on edge tools such as hand planes, chisels, and draw knives, Boatshop staff will provide students the opportunity to build their knowledge through hands-on interactive demonstrations of proper use, care, and sharpening.
