Things are constantly changing in our lives. Life transitions can be positive, such as well-earned retirement or give us a sense of loss, like the loss of someone dear to us. These transitions can be intense and sometimes filled with feelings of uncertainty, stress, or vulnerability. The Hand in Hand group has embraced the call to provide mutual support to those going through any of life’s many transitions. Please join us. We meet the second Wednesday of each month immediately following the noonday service in the Christ Church Library. Message us for more information.
