Join our fantastic Wild Food UK instructors in Staunton Country Park, with its diverse habitat of old garden, ancient woodlands & watersides, it's a great place to learn how to forage both safely and sustainably!We'll take you on a walk around the area identifying the various flora and fungi that we come across.
They'll be an opportunity to taste our Elderflower champagne and a wild food soup along the way and a small wild food lunch to finish the day.
Following the course, you'll be sent a full list of your finds from the day & any recipes for the food you enjoyed!
