This year's Hamilton Series takes up the urgent topic of the lack of affordable housing. Rev. John Edgar, author of "A Front Porch for All People," will be the guest preacher at both the 8:30 a.m. and the 11 a.m. worship services on Sunday, Nov. 10. (The 11 a.m. service will be livestreamed; see the home page of NorthChurchIndy.com.) He will be available during the Sunday school hour (9:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.) in the Gathering Center to meet informally and discuss his book. After the 11 a.m. service there will be a luncheon in Fellowship Hall. This will be followed by a keynote address by IU McKinney School of Law professor Fran Quigley and a panel discussion by housing experts and service providers. A RSVP to [email protected] by Friday, Nov. 1 is required for the luncheon. The entire event is free and everyone is welcome. The program is presented by the Richard E. and Anna Lee Hamilton Series on Theology and Contemporary Issues, which is funded by the William E.
