Halloween will soon be here and I'm giving you all plenty of time to prepare this year!On Wednesday 29th October Ill be sharing an upbeat ecstatic dance vibe yoga class with high energy, fast vinyasa yoga flow and powerful play time. This is a one off class shared each year and we can make this the best one yet.
Class will show up as normal on the booking schedule, booking is essential. £8.50 per person, members at the Wyre Forest Leisure centre come for free.

This is going to be a chance to let loose, to dance, to shake, to release any stagnation. A chance to laugh and return home to your body, mind and heart in the most uplifting way.
