Calling all bats, cats, scarecrows and witches! Come on down to Apple Valley's Halloween Spooktacular hosted with the Police Activities League for an evening full of fun candy, and some downright spooky trunks. Event will include a trunk-or-treat, carnival style games, and other spooky surprises!
