Halloween Sound Bath w/ Diana & Krissy!Cosmic Souls,
Let’s come together for an evening of sonic vibrations! Diana and Krissy can’t wait to welcome you all!
We will tune into the energy of Samhain (Halloween) and it is said that the veils between the worlds are the thinnest. We will come together to honor the ones who have passed over and pay thanks to our ancestors.
Get ready to be bathed in the healing frequencies of sounds. Our evening together will involve a guided meditation and a magical sound journey. All you have to do is turn up with an open heart & mind, chill on your yoga mat, own chair, or zero gravity chair provided and melt into your space.
The vibrations will wash through your body, while you surrender and allow the experience to unfold organically. The sounds, with its mighty roars and gentle whispers, help us to tap into our innate wisdom and stillness within.
There is no right or wrong way to feel during the experience and some of you might see visuals, while others feel a deep sense of relaxation & calm. Long-forgotten emotions and feelings might also be triggered and brought to the surface to heal and integrate. Embrace them!
Please bring your own yoga mat/chair/or use one of our zero gravity chairs, blanket, cushion, eye pillow, and some water.
Please dress comfortably and arrive promptly for check in at 6:15p as the doors will be locked at start time of 6:30p.
BYOB any libations and snacks will be provided after session is concluded.
