This is for Registration for the Halloween pet parade and costume contest in Vickburg, MS.
The Halloween pet parade is Saturday, October 18 from 9:30 to 10 AM. The parade route is on Washington street starting at the corner of Clay Street and ending at Washington Street Park.
The fee is $15 per dog and there will be a prize for the best costume for small, medium and large dogs. Proceeds will support the Vicksburg Warren Low Cost Neuter Clinic.
