On October 29th, 2025, from 5-6 PM, join us at the Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire (ARLNH) for a fun and spooky-themed class led by an instructor from The Yoga and Fitness Loft. This special Halloween edition of this popular 60-minute gentle yoga class includes interactions with the shelter's current resident pets awaiting adoption!
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, our instructor will guide you through each pose, with adjustments to suit all participants. Please bring your own yoga block and props if needed. Don't worry if you don't have a mat – we'll provide one for you!
Cost: $25 per person. By participating in Paws and Poses yoga you are supporting the animals and programs at the Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire!
