How to Enter the Costume Contest:
There will be a photobooth located in the lobby in front of the Bingo/Showroom doors on Friday, Oct 31, 2025 from 8pm-11pm. Any casino guests can take photos and have them sent to their phones. Judging will not be based on photos. Judging will be conducted based on categories starting at approximately 11:00pm at the Showroom Stage area. Contest staff will view each contestant who is entering the costume contest. The winners will be announced Nov 1, 2025, at approximately 1AM. MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN.
Rules & Regulations:
Must be 21 or older to participate.
Winners Circle membership required to win contest prizes.
Participants with costumes will not be allowed to wear any face masks. Any guests who do not cooperate with this rule will be removed off casino property.
No offensive, revealing, or excessively tight costumes. Costume design may not contain material which is (or promotes activities which are) sexually explicit, obscene, pornographic, violent (e.g., relating to murder, the sales of weapons, cruelty, abuse, etc.), discriminatory (based on race, sex, religion, national origin, physical disability, sexual orientation or age), illegal (e.g. underage drinking, substance abuse, etc.), offensive, threatening, profane, harassing, defamatory, libelous, infringing or otherwise objectionable or unlawful as determined by Management in its sole discretion.
No weapons real or otherwise.
To participate: Limit one entry per person. All contestants must register with Contest Staff at the table located in front of the Bingo Hall/Showroom between 8pm-11pm. Contestants will swipe their Winners Circle card at the promotional kiosk at the photobooth and hand voucher to photobooth staff.
By registering your costume, you agree to have your picture taken and used.
Chinook Winds Casino Resort Team Members may participate when off-duty only. Team Members are not permitted to participate during normal work hours. Team Members may not wear any clothing garment that is considered part of his/her work uniform as a costume ensemble.
Out of respect for our Tribal Members and Culture, costumes representing Native Americans or traditional tribal regalia are excluded from participation.
By entering the Contest, entrants acknowledge and agree that CWCR shall have the unlimited right in perpetuity and throughout the world to use and publish your name, voice, city, state, likeness, photograph, video, biographical and prize information, and other elements of your persona and identity, in all media now known or hereafter developed, for all purposes of this Contest, as well as for all general marketing, advertising, promotional, commercial tie-in, merchandising, and other business purposes of CWCR, all without notice or compensation to you.
Chinook Winds Casino Resort will not be held liable for any type of damage that occurs to any costume/accessory. Chinook Winds Casino Resort will be held harmless from any claims, losses, actions, or damages of any kind, whether actual, incidental or consequential, for injury or accident, damages, losses or expenses arising out of or relating to any contestant’s participation in this contest, and any affected contestant assumes all liability thereof.
Chinook Winds Casino Resort Management reserves the right to change, alter, or cancel this promotion with no advance notice.
Decisions of management are final.
