Enjoy a panoramic view of the NYC skyline Statue of Liberty Brooklyn Bridge and Freedom Tower while mingling drinking and dancing the night away on the upper deck’s open-air promenade (if the weather permits).

The theme is classic cartoon characters and you must be 23 and above with a valid ID. Costumes are not mandatory but highly encouraged.
