HHalloween Mugs: A Therapeutic Clay Workshop to Craft your own Mug
Take a mindful pause and shape something beautiful with your own hands in a therapeutic clay workshop led by Ellen from Artme Ceramics. In this special Halllween session, participants will be guided through the soothing process of hand-building their very own ceramic mug — a vessel for comfort, creativity, and calm.
No experience is needed — just a willingness to slow down, connect with the material, and enjoy the meditative rhythm of working with clay. As you form, smooth, and personalize your mug, you’ll also explore the therapeutic benefits of tactile creation and mindful making.
