Lolly Handouts: Friendly volunteers will be giving out treats throughout the night.
Costume Contest: Prizes for best dressed kids, adults, and even best decorated car.
Car Show: Show off your vehicle — bonus points if it’s Halloween-themed!
Spooky Vibes: Halloween music, decorations, and a festive atmosphere.
