Join the Weird Flex Family for a brief stretch and warmup, followed by relaxed line dancing to Halloween-themed music. We'll revisit some dances from last time, and add some new ones, too! Intensity Level: Gentle stretch, Medium Intensity with prolonged dancing

Sensory Notes: This class will be higher intensity and potentially warmer than our regular yoga classes. We'll be moving a lot, but always move at your own pace. Zero judgement zone. There is AC in the gym.
What else to bring: Please bring water, and dress for movement (especially your shoes). You won't need your mat or yoga props for this class.
Parking: Parking is on the street on 4th and Putnam streets. The Gym has a different entrance than what we're used to using for chair yoga and restorative classes. It's the double green doors on Putnam street. Please enter there for ease of access to the gym.
We ask that if you do take photos in class, you make sure everyone in the photos wants to be. 🙂
We do not offer refunds to credits for classes, but your reservation can be transferred to another student by you, for the same class you've reserved a spot for.
