Description: Kids Yoga is a monthly yoga class suitable for ages 4-10. Your little yogi will learn fun yoga poses and breathing techniques as well as participate in games, story time, and more. Every month we will have a different theme, this month the theme is HALLOWEEN! All children and adults are encouraged to wear a costume.
One responsible adult must remain on site and are welcome to participate. It really is fun for the whole family! Please email us the number of participants in your party so we know how to prepare for your session.
