Trick or treat...this is definitely a heart healthy treat! 👻 Glowga (aka glow in the dark yoga) is popping up on our schedule on Halloween Eve! 🎃 We will have an upbeat Halloween playlist to get you moving and grooving to this flowing 60 minute All Levels vinyasa style class with black lights and oscillating lights to boot. Costumes are welcome as long as they are breathable and allow you to move well. White and bright colors are perfect to glow even more. 😉 Registration required with pre-payment ~ tickets are non-refundable but are transferrable. Use the event ticket link to reserve your spot.
