Halloween Fun 🎃 Kids Aerial Yoga is for kids 7-12 years. Come dressed in costume (no make-up, zippers or jewelry to protect you and the hammock). In Kids Aerial Yoga your child will enjoy stretching, spinning, flipping, swinging, "flying", and striking all kinds of poses while suspended in the hammocks. Students will learn the basics of Aerial Yoga while increasing self esteem and gaining confidence, body awareness, strength, listening skills, and a love for being upside down. This Aerial class uses hammocks, yoga poses, games, props, and music to deliver a fun and engaging 45 minute class.
