Want a healthier spin on Emo Night?
Join Crystal for an hour of an all levels yoga to the sound of Hallloween Themed Emo, Screamo and Pop Punk! Then stay to drink a beer (or two!) and mingle. Bring your friends!
We'll flow to a curated halloween playlist to the sound of MCR, Taking Back Sunday and MORE! No props will be needed except a yogamat. It will start slow and build. Expect to Sweat, Deeply Stretch and Surrender into a Savasana.
Price includes 1 beer (or non-alcoholic drink) and the yoga class
Wearing a Costume is optional but totally encouraged!
This will be held at the event space nextdoor to Long Live Beerworks in Providence, RI. Please show up 10 minutes before class to be shown to the event space to set up
