A Halloween-themed class brings spooky fun with high-energy cycling drills, creating a thrilling atmosphere while getting participants get into the Halloween spirit! Join Nick on Thursday, Oct. 16th at 6:15pm. *Unplugged Cycle is a Cycle Class that we do not use the leader board, your stats will not be sent to you and you cannot reserve a bike, bikes are selected when you get there*
A 45- Minute Cycle class to get you in, out and moving. All levels are welcome; please make sure to arrive early to get set up on your bike. This Express class is built to fit all experience levels, you can modify and challenge as you need to for our heart-pumping, fun and motivating indoor cycle class. Instead of the leader board for drills and class formatting we will use the console, and pay attention to how you feel. This is an unplugged experience, no leaderboard.
