Costume Parade on October 31st, at 10AM! Parade will start and end on the Tugalo Street Greenspace. Bring the children for a chance to "trick-or-treat" in Downtown Toccoa. Businesses will line the streets of Downtown Toccoa and pass out candy. This event gives the very little ones in our community (as well as any parents that would like to bring their children) a chance to enjoy the holiday.
Prizes are awarded in three categories: Ages 2 & Under, Ages 3 & 4, and Ages 5 & Up.
