Instead of purchasing a new costume, swap your used costume for another! Please read ALL guidelines.Donations Accepted:

Exchange one costume for one token.
One token equals one “new to you” costume at our swap on October 18th!
Donation Guidelines
• The costume must be a COMPLETE outfit - no partial costumes or parts.
• The costume should be in "good" to "excellent" condition. This means no rips, tears, or stains unless they belong on the costume.
• Costumes will be reviewed by a librarian to check condition, before token is given.
• One costume will equal one token. Yes, multiple costumes can be donated.
• Provo City Library does not guarantee that you will find a costume in your size/fit at the swap.
• Provo City Library does not guarantee that you will find a costume of equivalent value to donated items.
• The swap is a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Donations will not be accepted outside of the designated collection time. (Oct. 9-16, 2025)
• Donations will not be accepted on the day of the swap.
• If you don’t want to attend the swap, but want to donate costumes, let the librarian know. You will receive a free book voucher in place of a token. Limit of five per person.
