Go green this fall…save money, and join the fourth annual Halloween costume & Fall décor swap at the Yankton Community Library! Not familiar with a swap? It is an excellent way to find ‘new to you’, gently-used costumes, and fall decorations while cleaning out your closet of unused items! Beginning Saturday, September 27 through Friday, October 10, participants can donate clean and gently-used Halloween costumes or fall decorations to ‘shop’ the Swap Store.
Donors will have early access to the Swap Store to shop for some cute and spooky Halloween and holiday finds from 9 am to 10 am on Saturday, October 11. All items in the Swap Store will be free and open to the public from 10 am to 5 am on Saturday, October 11 and from 1 pm to 5 pm on Sunday, October 12. Free will donations will be accepted.
