Dress your pup in the cutest costume or let them go "in-corg-nito." Meet us at the Venice Gazebo in Centennial Park at 4:00 pm to organize ourselves before we step into line at the Venice parade. The parade officially begins at 4:30 pm. Then strut your stuff at the Halloween parade and downtown Venice business storefront trick-or-treat. The Venice Avenue businesses open their doors and give candy out to the kids right after the parade. oh yeah ...did I mention your Human children are welcome too?! 😆 YES bring the family and enjoy the safe street festivities. Then make your way to Venice Wine & Coffee for a special libation. Potion No. 9 anyone? We'll be there until at least 7:30 pm ish. So if you can't make it to the parade, maybe you'll be able to join us for a drink.

Parking & Details:
Centennial Park is a giant parking lot in the middle of downtown Venice "on the island" on Venice Avenue. It's where everyone parks when they go to restaurants and cute little shops along Venice Ave. Because of the parade starting in the Centennial Park parking lot (where we'll all be meeting), you'll have to park somewhere else. You may try parking on Tampa Avenue or on Miami Avenue. There's also street parking down by the Fire department and City Hall on Harbor Drive. You just may have to take Miami Ave or Tampa to get to there because Venice Ave will be closed for the parade.
It's a small town so, unlike like Sarasota, you won't have the stress of searching for parking garages or paying for parking. Just find a spot!
There's this cute little white Gazebo in the middle of Centennial Park where the corgis will meet. Not too far from the public bathrooms (across from Daquiri Deck). You'll see us!
