Halloween car meet @Bastion point and cruise to quay at 9:30In order to fit with work schedules and other events on Halloween night, this meet is hosted the Sunday before the 31st.

Dress up your cars, bring some candy, and get in some costumes
There will be music and other decorations set up at Bastion.
This meet is public so invite friends and family, if the top fills up there will be some parks further down.
