Safe Street Trick-or-Treat: 3PM-5PM Kennewick Ave. businesses and participating Street Vendors offer a safe solution to traditional Trick-or-Treating.
Local DJ will be providing spOOktacular beats all day!
Costume Contest
DON'T MISS our Costume Contest! Judging starts at 1PM next to the fountain at Benton St. and Kennewick Ave. Winners will be announced at 4:00pm. (You don't have to be present to win)
