The St. Paul ROCK-ITS is hosting its annual Hallelujah Night featuring Trunk or Treat. This is our safe way to give the children in the community treats and have fun! We are looking for participants to help in this event with decorating your vehicle with biblical, fun characters or the Fall season, and handing out candy to the children in the community.
