Half Term Family Campfire & Crafts

Join us in the beatiful woodland for a family friendly time at the campfire. We will be there between 1:30-3:30pm Come along for the full two hours or drop in/out when it suits you.

You will be welcomed with a choice of hot drinks. Marshmallows are also included but you will need to whittle your own toasting stick! (Resources provided!)

There will also be some nature based crafts to have a go at if you choose to, or sit and relax with your hot drink and a chat around the crackling fire. Feel free to bring your packed lunch to enjoy a picnic by the fire.

When you arrive at the the private woodland car park (see directions in booking confirmation) you will see wheelbarrows across the path. Walk past these barrows and continue along the path for about ten minutes. No rush, enjoy the woodland along your way. You might also spot some mindful activities to try as you go!

The car park is available for you to use between 1pm and 4pm. Please do not arrive earlier or stay later as it will be being used by other groups. However, you can of course park elsewhere and come into the woods on foot if you wish to enjoy a woodland walk before or after the campfire.

Need to know:

• You will be walking along uneven and sometimes muddy woodland track, so do wear sturdy footwear.
• Hot drinks are provided as well as marshmallows for toasting. Please bring your own packed lunch or any other drinks or snacks you might want.
• Directions and parking information will be provided with your booking confirmation. Please scroll down to find this. Please do refer to these as a satnav will take you to the wrong end of the woods.
• Dogs are not permitted at this event.
• Please be aware that we will email you on the day of the session if we need to cancel due to high winds, thunderstorms or snow. If the session is cancelled due to these weather conditions we will try to offer an alternative date or refund your ticket. Please do check your emails on the morning of the session.

If you need to cancel, we can only offer refunds with more than 7 days notice. The Eventbrite booking fee is nonrefundable.
