Half Rumble + Half Yoga Class

Looking for a workout that packs a punch but leaves you feeling chill? This in-person session blends the energy of Rumble with the calm of Yoga. You'll get to sweat it out, then stretch it out, all in one fun class. Only 48 spots available. Must be 18 or over.

Rumble will lend you the Boxing gloves but we require every participant have on Boxing Hand wraps under their gloves, you can buy/bring your own Boxing hand wraps OR you can purchase a pair of Quick wraps in the lobby for $25.
What to Bring: Bring hand wraps if you have them, a yoga mat, and a refillable water bottle.
