We will meet biweekly for in-person group runs: on Tuesday evenings at Fleet Feet Lincoln and Saturdays at varying long run locations across town.

12 WEEKS — The Fall 2025 Half Marathon Training Program Powered by On is a 12-week program, running from August 18 until November 9, the day of The Good Life Halfsy.
NUTRITION -- New this year, we will have a professional nutritionist come speak at some group meetups throughout the training cycle. She will provide expert advice on food, calorie consumption, and the benefits of hydration and nutrition.
