In order to attend this class, you must have done the entire primary series plus at least the first four poses of intermediate.Linda will talk through the standing sequence until Parsvottanasana and then we will go directly to the Intermediate Series. The first several poses will be taught at a regular rhythm and then the following poses will be deconstructed. We will explore further into the series than we do in the Half Intermediate Series I.
