SOS and the Charlemont Community Resource Centre invite you to attend our Wellness Workshop, an opportunity for you to take time out for yourself and learn a wide range of practical tips, tools and techniques that you can use in your everyday life to improve your own wellness.
Topics covered in the workshop include:
• relaxation and stress management
• feeding the Wolf of Hope
• the relationship between thoughts and emotions
• how to develop a wellness toolkit and daily wellness plan
• a tool to help you find balance in everyday life
Wellness Workshops are informal and relaxed. They are facilitated by people with both lived life experience of mental health struggles, and people with experience of working in the area of mental health. A comprehensive Wellness Workbook to support you in maintaining your daily wellness is included and a light lunch will be provided at the end of the event.
There is no cost to attend however there is a refundable booking fee of €10 (or €5 if you are in receipt of a social welfare payment, are a student or are over 65 - please use code WELL5 at checkout). If the refundable booking fee is a barrier to you attending the programme, please contact us at [email protected] and we will waive the fee.
Once the programme has finished, please email so we can facilitate the return of your deposit. If you enjoyed the programme, we ask that you consider leaving your booking fee as a donation. This will support SOS to continue to deliver our suicide prevention and mental health promotion programmes throughout Ireland.
