Nobel Silence- Is a lapse of time when you allow yourself and others not to talk. It “does not mean that we are not allowed to talk. It means that we don’t have to talk, we have no obligation to talk during that period of the day or night. ~ Plum Village
“The power of quiet in the world full of noise.” ~ TNH
Soft gaze at the floor. Avoiding direct eye contact. No talking, reading, or singing.
“This is a time of adventure and exploration of your inner landscape. A day you have given yourself permission to release most responsibilities, expectations, and communication, so you can explore what lies beneath the silence. To really experience the now.” ~ A.T.
